Are You Putting Your Business in Danger?

If you want to play a critical role in your company’s growth and ultimate success, you need to become a master of marketing. There are many other important skills that can help your business succeed (the ability to create great products is high on any list) but none of that will make as much difference as marketing.
Are you a natural marketer? Not sure? Ask yourself: what do you spend most of your time doing?
- Is it tinkering with your product?
- Is it improving customer service?
- Is it operations? Accounting?
If you are the CEO of your company and don’t spend most of your time marketing, then you are putting your business in danger.
If you spend most of your time marketing but aren’t sure that you can get the job done when times get tough, then you should get better fast.
